The casino at a glance
The casino opened in 2001 as View Royal Casino. It was expanded and renamed Elements Casino Victoria in 2018. Petroglyph Development Group (PDG), wholly owned by Snuneymuxw First Nation, owns the casino. It closed the purchase from Great Canadian on January 16, 2025. Lahal Casino Management LP, PDG's casino management arm, runs it.
Its building stands in the Town of View Royal, west of downtown Victoria, though the postal address says Victoria. Hours on the card differ by zone and run on Pacific time, which British Columbia keeps all year with no autumn clock change.

The floor and the pub
The casino floor opens at 9 AM every day. It closes at 2 AM from Sunday to Thursday and at 4 AM on Friday and Saturday. It holds 770 slot machines and high limit slot rooms, though the number of rooms is not published. The 14 live tables run from 12 PM to 2 AM Sunday to Thursday, and to 4 AM on Friday and Saturday.
